Autoportret

Coincidentally, my clumsiness when taking photos with the phone where I covered the camera with my hand led me to the red color on the screen, and the color itself helped me not to delete this photo as a mistake.

Later, during another clumsy handling of the phone / photography, a new error occurred. So I started collecting mistakes. In an age of self-promotion and selfies, this accidental mistake led me to give it meaning and call it a self-portrait.

Previous solo exhibition “Sense of touch” may have contributed to consider this as a sequel and to touch of my finger i.e. blocking the phone’s camera with my finger or hand, I present it as photographing myself.
